We do not offer any refunds; only exchanges within 7 days of receiving the item. Exchanges and refunds are not applicable to our formals collection (as stated on the product page). Please review the product description to see if an item is eligible for exchange.
For exchanges: Item must not be worn and have all tags attached.
Most items are made to order and require expert craftsmanship, therefore we are not able to accommodate any returns. Customer will be responsible for shipping back an item for exchange (we do not offer shipping labels for exchanges). We only provide a one time exchange and do not allow an exchange after the initial exchange has been sent. If the item selected in exchange for the original is of lesser value, the customer will receive the difference in the form of store credit. You can email us at email@example.com to set up an exchange. We do not offer exchanges on international orders.
For custom size products there are no returns or exchanges.
