We are based in New York City but our clothes are made in Pakistan.
We do not have a storefront at this time and only operate online.
All of our products are made in Pakistan.
We currently ship domestically within the United States. Internationally, we currently ship to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Denmark, The Netherlands, and Norway. *Duties and custom fees may apply for international orders, payment of these fees is the responsibilty of the customer.
Most of our items are made to order. Our outfits are carefully made with quality craftsmanship, thus stitching time can take 35-40 days and shipping time can take 7-8 days. Shipping is currently delayed due to COVID-19
For items shipped from New York, we use UPS. Typically, all international orders (outside of US) are shipped from Pakistan. For items shipped from Pakistan we use DHL Express or FedEx.
We do not offer any refunds; only exchanges within 7 days of receiving the item. Exchanges and refunds are not applicable to our formals collection (as stated on the product page). Please review the product description to see if an item is eligible for exchange.
For exchanges: Item must not be worn and have all tags attached. Most items are made to order and require expert craftsmanship, therefore we are not able to accommodate any returns. Customer will be responsible for shipping back an item for exchange (we do not offer shipping labels for exchanges). We only provide a one time exchange and do not allow an exchange after the initial exchange has been sent. If the item selected in exchange for the original is of lesser value, the customer will receive the difference in the form of store credit. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to set up an exchange. We do not offer exchanges on international orders.
For custom size products there are no returns or exchanges.
No, unfortunately we do not offer any customization to the design/color. To inquire about custom sizing please email us at email@example.com. Custom sizes are an additional charge and customized items CANNOT be returned or exchange, we cannot make any exception to this policy as the item will be customized to your specifciations.
